Stewart is a nationally recognised harness specialist, boasting best part of 10 years experience, assisting skaters of all ages, shapes and sizes (and of course their coaches!). The harness helps to attain the feeling of jumps, both on and off the ice, upto and including the triple lutz. This, in turn, boosts confidence, though being quick to stress that 'the harness is not a magic wand' and great care must be taken not to create a dependancy. i.e. by using the harness for too long at any one time.
